As 2014 comes to a close, I look back on how amazing The Daily Slice’s first year has been. We’ve interviewed some amazing artists, started important conversations, and shed light on some incredible music. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with the best staff I could have ever asked for, and, if you couldn’t tell, our taste in music as a group is kind of all over the place.
As we ring in the new year, and prepare to start our second year as a team (including some brand new members!), we want to show all of you the diversity of our musical preferences by sharing our favorite songs of 2014 with you. Check them out below, and let us know your favorites in the comments!
Thank you for a great first year as a site, and I can’t wait to share our plans for 2015 with all of you. Happy New Year!
